Belt Lipectomy (Lower Body Lift)
A belt lipectomy or lower body lift is an effective surgical procedure for individuals who have lost a significant amount of weight through diet, exercise or bariatric surgery. This procedure involves the circumferential removal of excess skin from the abdomen, hips, back and buttocks. The lateral thighs are also lifted along with the pubis. The underlying abdominal muscles are also tightened at the same time.
After massive weight loss there can be excessive skin in the abdominal region that can become loose and saggy. Even after exercise the excess skin can remain. The fleur d’lis procedure is a unique skin excision that results removing the not only the excess skin in the lower abdomen but also removes skin vertically around the upper abdomen.
Abdominoplasty or “tummy tuck” involves the removal of excess skin and fat from around the abdomen with tightening of the muscle. This result is a toned looking abdomen. Sometimes liposuction is also performed at the same time to further sculpt the area. The techniques used at the UELC involve no external drains and are personalized with a designed to help with minimal downtime and discomfort.

Excess loose skin on the upper arms can occur after substantial weight loss, aging, sun damage or as a consequence of genetics. This sagging skin can be removed along with excess fat to give a smoother more toned and proportionately sculpted arms.
Autologous Buttock Augmentation
An Autologous Buttock Augmentation involves contouring the buttocks with your own fat tissue. This procedure involves the transfer of fat tissue into an area that has lost the natural fat. In this technique fat tissue is transferred and NOT liposuctioned fat. Most people who have lost a significant amount of weight and are undergoing a belt lipectomy procedure are good candidates for this procedure. Fat tissue from the lower back is rotated into the buttock to give a more contoured, rounded look.
Thigh lift surgery is a procedure that removes loose sagging skin from the thighs. Loose skin can be a result of weight loss, aging, and loss of skin elasticity. A thigh lift will results in a smoother, firmer, well-toned and sculpted shape of the legs. This procedure can be combined with the SafeLipo technique to further enhance the appearance of your legs.
Also known as a rhytidectomy. You can reverse the effects of time and gravity and restore the natural appearance and address the early signs of aging before they take hold by doing the face lift. The early signs of aging can be treated with a variety of minimally-invasive techniques including fillers, laser resurfacing and microdermabrasion. However, the limits of these interventions can eventually result in requiring surgical correction of wrinkles, sagging jowls and loose facial skin. A face lift will address all of these unwanted signs of aging and leave your skin looking youthful and refreshed once more.
